678bg Responsible Gaming
Gambling should always be an enjoyable leisure activity. 678bg provides every player in Bangladesh with the tools and support needed to stay in control at all times.
Important Notice — Adults Only
The 678bg platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you must not register an account or place any bets. Age verification is required at registration and may be requested again at any time.
678bg verifies player age at registration using mobile number and identity checks. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds returned in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
678bg gives every registered player access to a full range of responsible gaming controls. All tools are free, available around the clock, and can be activated instantly by contacting our support team.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your 678bg account. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits are processed until the period resets. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period for your protection.
Session Time Limits
Choose how long each gaming session should last. When the time you set is reached, 678bg will notify you and optionally log you out automatically. Regular breaks are one of the most effective ways to maintain clear judgment during play.
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 678bg platform. During a self-exclusion period your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Contact support at any time to activate this tool.
Account Lock
Need an immediate break? Request a cooling-off account lock for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains visible but no new bets or deposits are processed during the lock period.
Bet History and Spend Tracking
Review your complete betting history, net win or loss figures, and total deposits at any time via the account section. Staying aware of your actual spend is one of the most effective responsible gaming habits you can build.
24/7 Support Access
678bg support is available around the clock. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour or want to activate any responsible gaming tool, contact our team at any time using the email address shown in the footer of this page.

Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of income, background, or experience. Recognising the early warning signs is the first step toward getting back in control. 678bg encourages every player to be honest with themselves about their gambling habits.
- Gambling with money set aside for rent, bills, food, or other essential household expenses.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling or when trying to cut down.
- Chasing losses by placing larger or more frequent bets to recover money already lost.
- Lying to family members, friends, or colleagues about time or money spent gambling.
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling activity.
- Neglecting work, education, family responsibilities, or personal health because of gambling.
- Spending increasing amounts to achieve the same level of excitement or satisfaction from gambling.
- Using gambling as a way to escape personal problems, depression, or feelings of helplessness.
If you recognise two or more of these signs in yourself, please contact 678bg support immediately using the email address shown in the footer of this page. You do not need to face this alone.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
678bg was built with Bangladesh players in mind, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously. Gambling — whether on cricket matches, live casino games, slots, or any other 678bg product — should always be an enjoyable leisure activity conducted within your personal financial means.
We never want a 678bg player to gamble beyond their means or to let gambling negatively affect their health, relationships, employment, or financial stability. Every tool and support channel on this page exists to help players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and across Bangladesh maintain a healthy relationship with gambling.
How Our Tools Protect You
Each responsible gaming tool on the 678bg platform is designed to give players positive, practical control over their activity. Here is how they work in practice:
- Deposit limits stop you from adding more funds than you have pre-approved. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising it requires a 24-hour delay as a built-in safety buffer.
- Session limits alert you — or end your session automatically — after a duration you choose, encouraging regular breaks and helping you maintain clear judgment.
- Account locks and time-outs temporarily suspend betting and depositing, giving you a defined cooling-off period during which impulsive decisions are not possible.
- Self-exclusion restricts your access to the 678bg platform for an extended period. This is the strongest available tool and is designed for players who feel they need a complete break from gambling.
Understanding the Odds
All casino games and sports betting products on the 678bg platform operate using mathematically determined odds. In casino games, the house holds a statistical advantage over time — expressed as RTP (Return to Player), which is always below 100%. In sports betting, odds reflect probability as assessed by our trading team and include a margin.
This means gambling must never be treated as a source of income or as an investment strategy. Wins are the result of chance, not skill or system. 678bg encourages all players to treat betting as entertainment with a known cost — the same way you would a meal out or a cinema ticket — rather than as a way to make money.
Responsible Gaming During Festivals and Major Tournaments
Festive seasons in Bangladesh — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket events like the BPL and T20 World Cup — can see a rise in gambling activity. 678bg reminds all players that responsible gaming principles apply equally during special promotions and high-profile sporting events.
678bg will never pressure any player to wager more, deposit more, or play longer. All promotional communications include responsible gaming messaging. Players may opt out of promotional emails at any time by contacting our support team.
Playing Within Your Means
Responsible gambling begins before your first bet. Set a personal entertainment budget and only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Never use funds meant for household expenses, debt repayments, school fees, or emergency savings. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all across Bangladesh should set a monthly limit and stick to it regardless of wins or losses.
678bg also recommends setting a time budget alongside your money budget. Decide in advance how long each session will last, then stop when that time is reached — whether you are winning or losing. Chasing losses is one of the most common routes into problem gambling and always makes the situation worse, not better.
Seasonal and Festival Gambling Tips
During Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments, 678bg urges extra caution with the following practical steps:
- Set a firm deposit limit before any major event or promotion starts — and do not raise it mid-event, no matter how tempting.
- Avoid placing bets when you are emotionally elevated — celebrations and festive excitement can impair sound judgment.
- If a promotional bonus or enhanced odds offer feels irresistible, take a break and revisit the decision with a clear head before participating.
Remember: no promotion or bonus at 678bg is so time-limited that it justifies reckless spending. Your financial wellbeing always takes priority over any short-term offer.
Protecting Minors
678bg takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. The platform is designed, marketed, and operated exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly allow players under 21 to open accounts, and all registrations require mobile number verification as part of this process.
If your device is shared with children or teenagers, we strongly recommend the following measures to prevent underage access to the 678bg platform:
- Always log out of your 678bg account when you are not actively using the platform, especially on any device that children or teenagers can access.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 678bg account and never share it with anyone, including family members.
- Use your device's built-in parental controls or a third-party content filtering app to block access to gambling websites on any shared device.
