These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 678bg ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the 678bg platform at https://678bg.bio — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses, or withdraw winnings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 678bg platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the 678bg platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 678bg enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in compliance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be registering and playing for yourself, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration. You must notify 678bg of any material changes to your registered details.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise barred from gambling activities at the time of registration.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one 678bg account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. 678bg uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 678bg login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 678bg will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, or messaging application. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

Account Verification (KYC)

678bg may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Verification documents may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in temporary account suspension pending resolution.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 678bg reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to inactive accounts after prior notice to the registered contact details. The inactivity fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

678bg accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. 678bg does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to prevent fraud and ensure payment traceability. You may not withdraw to a payment account that is not registered in your own name.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours or during peak periods may take longer. 678bg will notify you via your registered contact if a withdrawal is subject to a verification hold.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of submission in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Limits may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method.

Bonus Rollover Prior to Withdrawal

If your account balance includes active bonus funds subject to a rollover requirement, the rollover condition must be met in full before those bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits made independently of bonus funds remain withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification having been completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

678bg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including the rollover multiplier, minimum odds (where applicable), eligible games, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first deposit after registration. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified.
• 678bg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, 678bg will honour the bonus under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting promotions, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable rollover requirement.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period has been applied, 678bg will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account during that period.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 678bg account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to ensure the decision is considered carefully.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678bg platform. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and withholding of account funds pending investigation:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Use of any software, robot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to automate betting activity or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, errors, or malfunctions in the platform software or in any game. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrably faulty game outcome are void.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 678bg platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 678bg or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 678bg platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 678bg intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

678bg provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678bg excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation of the platform.

678bg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. 678bg's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

678bg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 678bg will provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered on your account. Continued use of the 678bg platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
